Sa fabrication g\u00e9n\u00e8re \u00e9galement des millions de tonnes d\u2019\u00e9missions de CO\u2082. Une tonne de pigment noir de carbone produit environ 3,3 tonnes de CO\u2082.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, chaque ann\u00e9e, 50 millions de tonnes de d\u00e9chets de bois sont produits rien qu\u2019aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
