This recognition reflects a broader vision that Formulance actively supports and brings to life in its day-to-day activities with partners, customers, and suppliers.
Our progress in 2024
While sustainability has been part of our identity for over a decade, 2024 marked a new phase of progress toward our ESG goals.
This year, we focused on strengthening our operational practices and partner collaboration.
Nearly all of our logistics providers are now engaged in responsible approaches, contributing to a more ethical and lower-impact supply chain.
Internally, 90% of our employees have been trained in waste sorting, and our recycling systems were reinforced to improve efficiency and awareness at every level of the organization.
We also began shifting toward more sustainable modes of transport, in line with our goal to reduce our environmental footprint across all activities.
Building the next chapter of our sustainability journey
Looking ahead, we aim to further structure and deepen our approach.
Priorities for 2025–2026 include expanding internal awareness on digital responsibility and psychosocial risks, reinforcing workplace well-being, and continuing to improve our waste sorting performance.
We are also working to strengthen our supplier engagement through updated charters and traceability tools, ensuring our commitments extend across the entire value chain.
This journey is ongoing. We are proud to contribute to this positive momentum and to help shape a more sustainable future for our industry and beyond.
